In-Store Return Policy

Full refund available within 15 days with receipt. Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. Some restrictions may apply.  Some sales are final on products purchased due to sanitary issues.

We accept returns on any products deemed to have a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. We offer no return on any physical damage, water damage or any product without a receipt. All eligible returns MUST include all parts and packaging, including the original box. We will not accept any exchanges or returns on any product without all packaging (including the box and sleeve of any box), and original sales receipt.  Returns will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Some restrictions may apply. 

All Sales Final on sale items. 

Internet Sale Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final on products purchased online due to sanity issues. If you received the wrong product we will ship to you the appropriate item(s). Depending on the item(s) purchased we may require you to ship the item(s) back to us before shipping the correct items. If it was our mistake we will pay for any shipping costs occurred and will credit your account for the amount paid OR send you a pre-paid label to attach and ship back with the appropriate freight company. If the item(s) was opened unfortunately we will not replace as all item(s) must be in all original packaging and wrap.

Please check your order after you immediately receive it. All online orders will require a 19 plus signature and will only be released via freight company to the name on the “ship to” address. If you are under 19 years of age and are unable to retrieve your order due to not presenting a valid ID absolutely no credit adjustment/refund will be given. By ordering you agree that you are 19 plus.
